The track follows the trend presented to us by talented Mr. Guetta, where he collaborates with a popular female artist on the song that he made arrangements for. He has collaborated with Kelly Rowland, Estelle and even Fergie before, but this time around the prominent female vocal is delivered by Rihanna.

While Mr. Guetta's best collaboration was certainly with Estelle, on a highly melodic One Love, but if one looks beyond a thumping beat of Who's That Chick, it is possible to find the melodic patterns and Rihanna's vocal performance, while not very demanding, is a pleasure for the ears.

Mediocre verses and bridge are saved by a prominent chorus, where Rihanna delivers a catchphrase that will be popular on the dancefloors: "I just wanna dance, I don't really care". Lyrically the song is nothing new, but good enough for a dance song.

Overall, there is nothing groundbreaking in the song, both Guetta and Rihanna have much better songs in their catalog, but Who's That Chick provides 3 minutes of careless entertainment and sometimes that is exactly what you need after a long work week.
